Madison has participated in various levels of field schools, excavations, and site visits in Ireland, Wales, and Scotland, with projects ranging from Medieval towerhouses, to kirkyard exhumations, and Neolithic tombs. This work was accomplished through several organizations, including the University of Aberdeen, the Strata Florida Trust, and the Galway Archaeological Field School.
